Colocar numa frigideira anti aderente e deixar que cozam. Juntar a farinha no final e envolver \u00e0 m\u00e3o. Bater os ovos j\u00e1 temperados com pimenta preta e a\u00e7afr\u00e3o e colocar na numa frigideira anti aderente. Com tudo bem batido, acrescentamos a farinha de aveia \u00e0 m\u00e3o para dar consist\u00eancia. Abrir o p\u00e3o e colocar o queijo quark, a alface, o tomate e por fim o ovo cozido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Panquecas de laranja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 bananas<\/li><li>2 ovos<\/li><li>3 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia integral<\/li><li>raspas de uma laranja<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de preparo: <\/strong>Colocar todos os\ningredientes para serem bem triturados ate obter a consist\u00eancia de uma massa.\nColocar na frigideira e esperar que fa\u00e7am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dica:<\/strong> As panquecas podem ser feitas com qualquer fruta que tenham em casa \u00e9 s\u00f3 dar asas \u00e0 vossa imagina\u00e7\u00e3o. A banana conv\u00e9m fazer parte de todas as receitas porque \u00e9 ela que vai ado\u00e7ar o nosso pequeno almo\u00e7o.
