O presidente da C\u00e2mara, Almeida Henriques, e a vereadora com o pelouro do Desporto, Cristina Brasete, estar\u00e3o presentes no primeiro dia da atividade que estimula a consciencializa a popula\u00e7\u00e3o para a pr\u00e1tica desportiva.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Durante este per\u00edodo todos os s\u00e1bados e domingos de manh\u00e3 ser\u00e3o dinamizadas atividades em conjunto com alguns parceiros locais. Estas \u00a0atividades ser\u00e3o sempre n\u00e3o competitivas e pensadas para todos os segmentos da popula\u00e7\u00e3o de forma a que os presentes\u00a0integrem comportamentos e h\u00e1bitos de vida mais ativos nas rotinas di\u00e1rias da comunidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aos domingos de manh\u00e3 a oferta de atividades incluir\u00e1 aulas de Fitness e \u00a0v\u00e1rias Modalidades Desportivas, estando o s\u00e1bado mais direcionado para as atividades ligadas ao bem-estar, como o Yoga, Pilates e Tai-Chi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O programa provis\u00f3rio
